Abstract

R code to perform multiple checks on MEDITS-like Survey data. 

RoMEBS allows to perform multiple checks on MEDITS-like survey data. The last updated release is 0.3.0. The current version allow to check both the TE MEDITS format and the TE format modified for the rapa whelk survey conducted in the Black Sea.

To install the package:

• Click on Packages in RStudio -> Install package(s) form local zip files… and choose RoMEBS_0.3.0.zip file;
• Type on R console library(RoMEBS);
• Use the function RoMEBS to run the ckecks.
